Your pipeline, your outreach, and the work behind them. In one place.
Kondense is the CRM your team works out of — with two-way messaging, an assistant that drafts the replies, and automations that follow up without being asked. Courses, community and team operations are included, under your own brand and domain.
A 20-minute walkthrough of the real product. No deck.
One login instead of six tools. Plus the glue between them.
Most teams run a CRM, a texting tool, an automation service and a spreadsheet that know nothing about each other. These do.
One permission model across all of it — a role you define, per company.
Four pillars. One system.
Not a dashboard bolted onto a CRM — one data model, one permission system, one login.
Pipeline
Contacts and deals in as many pipelines as you run, with the imports and assignment rules to keep them moving.
- Kanban pipelines with drag-to-reorder stages
- Saved views and duplicate detection
- CSV import with column mapping
- Round-robin assignment pools
Conversations
A two-way inbox where one send reaches whichever channel the contact actually uses.
- iMessage, SMS, RCS and WhatsApp from one send
- Campaigns to a filtered or hand-picked audience
- Sequences with quiet hours and daily caps
- Do-not-contact enforced on every send
Automation
Nine things that can start a workflow, eighteen it can do, and a run history that shows what happened.
- Triggers on stage, tag, reply, owner or campaign
- Waits, branches and A/B splits
- Run an AI prompt, or call a webhook
- Executed every five minutes, with history
Operations
The work around the pipeline — who does what, who is onboarding, what the policy says.
- Tasks with checklists, comments and files
- Custom roles with delete-impact previews
- Org chart with published revisions
- Versioned policies you can compare
Every module, up close.
Four surfaces, one login, one permission model.
Where the team works all day
Contacts, deals and stages, with the imports and assignment rules that keep a pipeline honest.
- Multiple pipelines, drag-to-reorder stages
- Saved filter views — and filters stay server-side, out of your logs
- Duplicate detection; convert a lead into a deal
- CSV import with column mapping, up to 2,000 rows a file
- Round-robin pools that stay fair when leads arrive in a burst
- A paid Whop invoice closes the deal automatically

A 20-minute walkthrough of the real product.
The details you only hit in month three.
Six decisions that never show up in a feature list, and matter more than most of the things that do.
Do-not-contact actually holds
A stage named "do not contact" suppresses sending on every path — campaigns, sequences, workflows — and it is checked separately from whether the deal is marked lost.
Quiet hours, and a daily ceiling
Sequences will not text someone at 3am, and will not burn your number’s reputation on a Monday morning. Both limits are yours to set.
A retry cannot double-text
Every scheduled send is keyed to its step, so a retry after a timeout resends nothing. The failure mode of a queue should not be an embarrassed apology.
Fair assignment under a burst
Round-robin uses a compare-and-swap cursor, so twenty leads landing in the same second still distribute evenly instead of piling onto one rep.
Filters stay out of your logs
Contact filters are held server-side rather than in the URL, so names and numbers never reach a log line or a referrer header on the way to a third party.
You see what a change breaks
Deleting a role, a pipeline stage or a metric shows you what it affects first — before it is gone, not in a support ticket afterwards.
What it connects to.
One integration, and it is the one that matters: the number your team messages from.
Blooio
Your messaging number. Add your API key, test the connection, and one send reaches iMessage, SMS, RCS or WhatsApp — the channel is chosen for you, per contact.
Contacts and opportunities import from CSV, with column mapping and a history of every run.
